Design and build a customized Data Analytics platform, implementing complex Frontends containing Data Visualizations, as well as novel Backend data pipelines. Use Angular, Typescript, NodeJS, and SQL to build smooth, performant experiences using modern methodologies and frameworks. Conduct code reviews for other engineers on the team, communicating best practices using Github Pull Requests. Develop automated test suites to improve code coverage and maintain app stability using Jest, Jasmine, and Karma. Manage and monitor Production instances of the application by deploying Releases using Heroku, DigitalOcean, and Logging. Collaborate with Product and UX on developing features for 2-week sprints using Jira, and Notion. May telecommute from the continental U.S.

Requirements:

BS in Information Systems or a related field.

3 years of previous experience as a Software Engineer including data visualization with D3.js, and Vega-Lite.
